Please bring the following to your appointment:
•⁠  ⁠A valid government-issued photo ID (e.g., passport or driver’s license)
•⁠  ⁠A copy of your vaccination records

The exam typically takes 30 minutes, depending on your medical history and the documentation provided. Dr. Calle and his team aim to make the process smooth, efficient, and thorough.

Once your vaccination records and lab results are received, the completed and sealed immigration medical report is generally ready within 5 to 6 business days.

The exam consists of the following:
•⁠  ⁠Review of your medical history
•⁠  ⁠Comprehensive physical examination
•⁠  ⁠Vaccination review based on your age and USCIS requirements (Dr. Calle will inform you of any vaccines needed)
•⁠  ⁠STD screening for:
o    Syphilis (ages 18–44)
o    Gonorrhea (ages 18–24)
•⁠  ⁠Tuberculosis screening with a Quantiferon blood test (for individuals 2 years and older)
•⁠  ⁠Chest X-ray, if the TB test is positive
