Medical Services (FAA Medical Exams, Immigration Medical Exams  and Other Office-Based Services)

  • All services rendered by Dr. Phanor Calle at Weston Medical Clinic are non-refundable once the consultation, evaluation, or procedure has been completed.

  • If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, we kindly request at least 24 hours’ notice.

  • If you prepaid for a service and cancel with appropriate notice, you may request a full refund or apply the amount as credit for a future appointment.
