Weston Medical Clinic, under the direction of Dr. Phanor Calle, provides medical services including, but not limited to:

• FAA Medical Exams (First, Second, and Third Class)
• USCIS Immigration Medical Exams (Form I-693)

All services are provided by appointment at our Weston, Florida office.

Payment and Insurance

Payment is due at the time services are rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance.

FAA medical exams, USCIS immigration medical exams, are self-pay.

We accept major credit cards, debit cards, cash, Zelle and other approved forms of payment.

Refund Policy

Prepaid services canceled in accordance with our cancellation policy may be eligible for a refund or credit.

All medical evaluations and procedures are performed in accordance with accepted medical standards.

FAA medical certification and USCIS immigration determinations are made by the appropriate government agencies and cannot be guaranteed. Eligibility depends on each individual's medical history and examination findings.
